-are/-ast and mer/mest

Short adjectives: add -are (comp) and -ast (superl)

Most one- and two-syllable adjectives inflect with suffixes.

Long adjectives use mer (more) and mest (most)

Adjectives of three or more syllables, and all -ad/-ande forms.

Comparative adjectives decline like other adjectives
