Predicative adjectives
这个比较贵。
This is relatively expensive.
Zhège bǐjiào guì.
Degree adverb 比较 (bǐjiào) = relatively
我有点儿累。
I'm a little tired.
Wǒ yǒudiǎnr lèi.
有点儿 for slight negative feeling
我们一起去吧。
Let's go together.
Wǒmen yīqǐ qù ba.
Manner adverb 一起 (yīqǐ) = together
我经常吃早餐。
I often eat breakfast.
Wǒ jīngcháng chī zǎocān.
Frequency adverb 经常 (jīngcháng) = often
她有时候来晚。
She sometimes comes late.
Tā yǒushíhòu lái wǎn.
Frequency adverb 有时候 = sometimes
我从不喝酒。
I never drink alcohol.
Wǒ cóng bù hē jiǔ.
Negation adverb 从不 = never (habitual)
他说得很好。
He speaks very well.
Tā shuō de hěn hǎo.
Degree complement with 得 (de)
好吃极了！
Extremely delicious!
Hǎo chī jí le!
Degree complement 极了 = extremely
好好地做 / 快快地跑
do properly / run quickly
hǎohǎo de zuò / kuàikuài de pǎo
Reduplicated adjective + 地 as adverb
她跟我一样高。
She's as tall as me.
Tā gēn wǒ yīyàng gāo.
