Real and unreal conditionals.
אִם יֵרֵד גֶּשֶׁם אֶשְׁאַר בַּבַּיִת.
If it rains I will stay home.

If I have time I will call you.

אִילּוּ הָיִיתִי עָשִׁיר הָיִיתִי נוֹסֵעַ הַרְבֵּה.

אִם תַּעֲזֹר לִי אֶהְיֶה אָסִיר תּוֹדָה.
If you help me I will be grateful.
