לִפְנֵי שֶׁאֲנִי מַתְחִיל אֶת הַיּוֹם אֲנִי כּוֹתֵב רְשִׁימַת מְשִׂימוֹת.

Before I start my day I write a list of tasks.

I concentrate best when everyone is asleep.

I do not rest until my work is done.

כָּל יוֹם לְאַחַר הַקִּימָה אֲנִי מֵדִיטֵיטִינְג לִרְגַע.

Every day after waking I meditate a little.

בְּזַמַן שֶׁאֲנִי שׁוֹתֶה קָפֶה אֲנִי סוֹקֵר אֶת הַחֲדָשׁוֹת.

While I drink coffee I scan the news.

בְּכָל פַּעַם שֶׁמּוֹצְאִים זְמַן אֲנִי קוֹרֵא.

Whenever I find time I read.

bechol pa'am shemotzim zman ani kore.

אֲנִי מְנַסֶּה לְהִמָּנַע מִמָּסָכִים לִפְנֵי הַשֵּׁינָה.

I try to avoid screens before sleeping.

ani menase lehimana mimaskacim lifney hasheyna.

לְמֶרוֹת הַטְּרָדוֹת אֲנִי אַף פַּעַם לֹא מְדַלֵּג עַל הַאִימּוּן.

Although I am busy I never skip exercise.

lemrot hatradot ani af pa'am lo medaleig al ha'imun.

לְאַחַר שֶׁהַיְּלָדִים הוֹלְכִים לְבֵּית סֵפֶר אֲנִי מַתְחִיל לַעֲבֹד.

After the children go to school I get to work.

le'achar shehayladim holchim lebeit sefer ani matchil la'avod.

כְּשֶׁהַיּוֹם מִתְקַדֵּם אֲנִי מְכַוֵּן מֵחָדָשׁ אֶת הַתּוֹכְנִית.

As the day progresses I adjust my planning.

keshe'hayom mitkaddem ani mekhaven mechadash et hatochnit.

בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל אֲנִי מַשְׁלִים מְשִׂימוֹת חֲשׁוּבוֹת לִפְנֵי שְׁקִיעָה.

I usually finish important tasks before sunset.

בָּעֶרֶב לִפְנֵי הַשֵּׁינָה אֲנִי מְהַרְהֵר עַל הַיּוֹם שֶׁעָבַר.

In the evening before sleeping I reflect on my day.
