一日を始める前に、やることのリストを書きます。
Before I start my day I write a list of tasks.
ichinichi wo hajimeru mae ni, yaru koto no risuto wo kakimasu.
みんなが寝ているときに最も集中できます。
I concentrate best when everyone is asleep.
minna ga nete iru toki ni mottomo shuuchuu dekimasu.
仕事が終わるまで休みません。
I do not rest until my work is done.
shigoto ga owaru made yasumimasen.
毎日起きた後、少し瞑想します。
Every day after waking I meditate a little.
mainichi okita ato, sukoshi meisou shimasu.
コーヒーを飲みながら、ニュースに目を通します。
While I drink coffee I scan the news.
koohii wo nominagara, nyuusu ni me wo tooshimasu.
時間を見つけるたびに、読書します。
Whenever I find time I read.
jikan wo mitsukeru tabi ni, dokusho shimasu.
寝る前は画面を避けるようにしています。
I try to avoid screens before sleeping.
neru mae wa gamen wo sakeru you ni shite imasu.
忙しくても、運動は決して欠かしません。
Although I am busy I never skip exercise.
isogashikute mo, undou wa kesshite kakashimasen.
子供たちが学校に行った後、仕事に取りかかります。
After the children go to school I get to work.
kodomotachi ga gakkou ni itta ato, shigoto ni torikakarimasu.
一日が進むにつれて、計画を調整します。
As the day progresses I adjust my planning.
ichinichi ga susumu ni tsurete, keikaku wo chousei shimasu.
普段は日没前に重要な仕事を終えます。
I usually finish important tasks before sunset.
fudan wa nichibotsu mae ni juuyou na shigoto wo oemasu.
夜、寝る前に一日を振り返ります。
In the evening before sleeping I reflect on my day.
yoru, neru mae ni ichinichi wo furikaerimasu.
