Explaining causes and purposes.
क्योंकि बारिश हो रही थी इसलिए हम घर पर रुके।
Because it was raining we stayed home.
kyonki baarish ho rahi thi isliye hum ghar par ruke.
मैं थका हुआ था इसलिए जल्दी सो गया।
I was tired so I slept early.
main thaka hua tha isliye jaldi so gaya.
उसने सफलता के लिए मेहनत की।
He worked hard so he could succeed.
usne safalta ke liye mehnat ki.
क्योंकि देर हो गई थी इसलिए हमने टैक्सी ली।
Because it was late we took a taxi.
kyonki der ho gayi thi isliye hamne taxi li.
मैं हिंदी सीखता हूँ क्योंकि मुझे यह पसंद है।
I learn Hindi because I love it.
main Hindi seekhta hoon kyonki mujhe yeh pasand hai.
वह नहीं आया क्योंकि उसके पास काम था।
He did not come because he had work.
voh nahin aaya kyonki uske paas kaam tha.
हम जल्दी निकले ताकि देर न हो।
We left early so we would not be late.
hum jaldi nikle taaki der na ho.
मैंने यह नहीं ख़रीदा क्योंकि यह महँगा था।
I did not buy it because it was expensive.
maine yeh nahin kharida kyonki yeh mahanga tha.
मैं स्वस्थ रहने के लिए व्यायाम करता हूँ।
I exercise to stay healthy.
main swasth rehne ke liye vyaayaam karta hoon.
वह खुश थी क्योंकि उसने परीक्षा पास की थी।
She was happy because she had passed.
voh khush thi kyonki usne pariksha paas ki thi.
क्योंकि मुझे ठंड लग रही थी इसलिए मैंने कोट पहना।
Because I was cold I put on a coat.
kyonki mujhe thand lag rahi thi isliye maine coat pahna.
इसीलिए मैंने रुकने का फ़ैसला किया।
That is why I decided to stay.
isi liye maine rukne ka faisla kiya.
