在开始新的一天之前，我会写下任务清单。
Before I start my day I write a list of tasks.
Zài kāishǐ xīn de yītiān zhīqián, wǒ huì xiě xià rènwù qīngdān.
当所有人都睡着时，我的注意力最集中。
I concentrate best when everyone is asleep.
Dāng suǒyǒu rén dōu shuìzháo shí, wǒ de zhùyì lì zuì jízhōng.
在工作完成之前，我不会休息。
I do not rest until my work is done.
Zài gōngzuò wánchéng zhīqián, wǒ bù huì xiūxi.
每天起床后我会短暂冥想。
Every day after waking I meditate briefly.
Měi tiān qǐchuáng hòu wǒ huì duǎnzàn míngxiǎng.
喝茶的时候，我读新闻。
While I drink tea I read the news.
Hē chá de shíhòu, wǒ dú xīnwén.
只要我能腾出时间，我就读书。
Whenever I make time I read.
Zhǐyào wǒ néng téng chū shíjiān, wǒ jiù dúshū.
我尽量在睡前避免使用屏幕。
I try to avoid screens before sleep.
Wǒ jǐnliàng zài shuì qián bìmiǎn shǐyòng píngmù.
虽然我很忙，但我从不跳过锻炼。
Although I am busy I never skip exercise.
Suīrán wǒ hěn máng, dàn wǒ cóng bù tiàoguò duànliàn.
孩子们去学校后，我处理我的任务。
After the children have gone to school I take up my tasks.
Háizimen qù xuéxiào hòu, wǒ chǔlǐ wǒ de rènwù.
随着一天的推进，我调整我的计划。
As the day progresses I adjust my planning.
Suízhe yītiān de tuījìn, wǒ tiáozhěng wǒ de jìhuà.
我更倾向于在日落前完成重要的任务。
I prefer to complete important tasks before sunset.
Wǒ gèng qīngxiàng yú zài rìluò qián wánchéng zhòngyào de rènwù.
睡觉前，我思考今天过得怎么样。
Before sleeping I reflect on how my day has gone.
Shuìjiào qián, wǒ sīkǎo jīntiān guò de zěnmeyàng.
